Iranian Young
Cinema Society (IYCS) is active in producing, promoting
and distributing short films ( fiction, experimental
,documentary and animation) in different formats such as : 35
mm, 16 mm, DVCam and Beta cam.
IYCS provides film festivals, film markets, TV Channels,
theaters, universities, institutes and other organizations which
are interested in Iranian short films.
IYCS organizes Tehran International Short Film Festival, which
the 11th international and 23rd national edition will be held on
November 21st—26th, 2006.
We are also interested in buying short films from other
countries, co-production, marketing and distributing the
independent films.
The short films which produced and distributed by IYCS have been
participated in many international film festivals such as:
Cannes, Manchester, Clermont-Ferrand, Oberhausen, Tampere, Pusan,
Turin, Edinburgh, Hamburg, Amsterdom Documentary Film Festival,
IDFA, Villa du conde, Message to man, Bilbao, Yamagata, Molodist,
Kyiv international film festival, Valladolid, Odense, Festival
of nation, Uppsala, Milano, Winterthur, Drama, Cinema Jove,
Cork, Montreal, Short Shorts...
The productions also shown in the international TV Channels
like: Arte, ZDF, SBS, Channel 4, YLE,… |
